This soft & flexible silicone mould allows you to easily mould detailed clamshells, perfect for any under the sea themed cakes. Works with fondant, gum paste and chocolate.
With fondant or gumpaste, simply dust with cornflour and press paste into cavity, leave to dry then lift out and use. Finished pieces can be placed on buttercream iced cakes or fondant covered cakes to add dimension and colour.
